Elite combat unit
Kind Federation units of each power's core members 1
First appearance Ch3241

Federation units made up of each power's core members, created by the Federation reform to absorb talented wizards from every quarter.1611 Members go to second-line battlefields with high-level wizard treatment, more resources and authority, and a double rest period.269 Jie Ming holds the status from his graduation trial, and all his later wars are shaped by the system.11

Overview

Entry is by Workshop elite trial or by invitation.6 The institution took over a thousand years to mature from "consumables" to rest periods and mission classes; its Recruitment System went online seventy years before Ch624, with demand surging once high-level wizards emerged from seclusion.9 The plan was rolled out in a hurry under pressure from ninth-level wizards, laying its foundations in under a thousand years.12 Mandatory rest after a sixth-level war is later halved to one thousand years.10
