1. Great Ascension and the seventh level (Ch1001-1005)

  • After a hundred more years of study, Jie Ming completes the mastery of all the laws.1
  • The completed picture of the world drives a quiet breakthrough from the Dao Integration Realm to the Great Ascension Realm.1
  • He works out that becoming an immortal needs a fruit of the Dao, the cultivation match for the eighth-level demand to master one law completely.2
  • His golden law threads now grow on their own, and he makes the Mustard Seed Dao-Holding True Body Art his main project.2
  • Viola, revived after her battlefield death, bursts in as a new seventh-level wizard, bites Jie Ming's head and leaves to fight the Behemoth Alliance.3
  • Jie Ming refines his Third Layer Dharma Form into his true body, which grows to 250,000 kilometers tall.4
  • A few decades later he becomes an elite seventh-level wizard, strong enough to face an ordinary eighth-level wizard head-on.5

2. The Fate Law and the conceptual entity of malice (Ch1006-1012)

  • Looking for new knowledge, Jie Ming revives his Fate Law Extreme Learning Program, which blows his true body's head apart and wounds his soul.6
  • He repeats the cycle for a hundred-odd years until his Fate Law reaches about ten points.7
  • Through the Fate Subsystem he nudges the fate line of his research, finds a key node and waits.7
  • Months later Jack, posted at the front against the Behemoth Alliance, is haunted by a dripping black-robed figure after smashing a ruin on a dead plane.7
  • When the figure's bladed hand nearly touches him, Jack goes home to his mentor.8

3. The desert plane (Ch1013-1021)

  • Jie Ming puts Felix in ninth-level alert mode, decodes the mark into coordinates and teleports straight into a desert plane.13
  • He learns the scorpion language by Soul Search and saves Prague's hunting party from a rock caterpillar.14
  • He stays with the scorpion tribe and rides its caravan toward the nearest city, killing the bandit Huntblade on the way.15
  • The city holds hundreds of kinds of intelligent life, and Jie Ming senses he has forgotten something.16
  • Two street thugs lead him to the casino boss Balalaika, whose ambush fails.17
  • Jie Ming kills Balalaika and learns from its memories that the plane's cities grow richer and stronger toward the center, so he flies there.18
  • On the way he finds the kinds of intelligent life, even living objects, multiplying toward the center, and fears it breeds conceptual entities with spirituality.19
  • He wipes out two city armies that fire on him, and his True-False Void-Piercing Pupil starts to improve and grow unstable.20
  • Felix refuses to drop alert mode and reveals more than thirty thousand ignored warnings, and Jie Ming realizes something has been blocking his cognition since he arrived.20
