A second wizard civilization whose "First" never reached the ninth level, so it never laid down a knowledge-protection treaty, has been at war with its neighbors ever since its expansion drew a backlash, and loses knowledge between generations.4 Deduced by Avery Knight as the "wizards" the Demon God of Destruction's civilization feared, it has survived seven world-ending wars with its planes modified into warships.16 After the four major powers' fusion plan and the capture of both its ninth-levels, it is formally incorporated into the wizard alliance.47

Overview

Its warships are pieced from plane fragments and fueled by corpses and wailing souls; its wizards are withered, deformed, mad and greedy, with sixth-levels weaker than their counterparts and very few eighth-levels.2 Its best fighters have stronger fighting instinct than present-world wizards but output multipliers an order of magnitude lower.5 The term "research assistant" does not exist in its thinking, only slaves and experimental subjects.4 It obtained the Fictional Law by studying ninth-level creatures and developed fate-discipline laws toward combat, such as the guaranteed hit.5 Its biological modification is far more radical than the present world's, and its Core Database is opened to David and Jie Ming.8
