Behemoth Alliance¶
An alliance of many races of innately powerful, intelligent life forms, and the enemy in wizard civilization's current war.12 Its population may not match a single prolific race of the Multiracial Alliance, yet it fields nearly half that alliance's ninth-level creatures.9 The war opened with heavy wizard casualties and became an expanding tug-of-war across many plane clusters;1 Leap Power gave the wizards the initiative on the main front, though its behemoths still face them on every battlefield.310
Overview¶
Like the Multiracial Alliance it combines many races, but its members have no mature advanced civilization and little interest in technology or organization.2 It has many ninth-level existences only because it joins countless civilizations together.12 After several hundred years of war it has learned not to look down on wizards,6 and lately it advances faster on every battlefield.9
Structure¶
- Behemoths: Every member so called is of the eighth level.5
- Servant peoples: Members below the eighth level.5
- Ninth-level creatures: Nearly half the Multiracial Alliance's number,9 owed to the countless civilizations it joins together.12
- Factional divisions: The Scaled Beast faction groups scale-covered behemoths by structure and fighting style rather than bloodline.2

- Joint legion: The Star Ring Federation and Crimson Court force that takes the Scaled Beast camp with Jie Ming's Breathing Soil Creation;7 its commander Peyton wipes out a Scaled Beast interception force.24
- Viola: Takes combat missions against its behemoths.10
- Jack: His frontline camp lies in the zone it controls.11
History¶
- Ch984: Three or four hundred years into the war: heavy wizard casualties at first contact, then an expanding tug-of-war across many plane clusters.1
- Ch986-997: Named as the enemy; the wizards seize the initiative on the main front with Leap Power; it learns not to look down on wizards; the Scaled Beast faction loses its camp.2368
- Ch1000-1003: Advances faster on every battlefield; its behemoths still face the wizards everywhere, Viola among those taking missions against them.910
- Ch1007-1010: Jack's frontline camp lies in its zone; it loses a nearby battle, and a plane cluster contested with it passes under wizard control and into development.1112
