Multiracial Alliance

Kind Alien alliance hostile to wizard civilization 8
Base An outpost with over a hundred eighth-level beings near Viola's plane 6
First appearance Ch7071

An alliance of alien races, one of wizard civilization's three principal enemies alongside the Sentience Calamity and the Reflection Dimension.13 The weakest of the three, it still ties down two ninth-level wizards' legions and, later, every eighth-level wizard.615 Its bulletins call wizards Apostles of the End.4

Overview

Visible and ordinary at heart, the Alliance groups wizards with world-scale catastrophes; its common tongue has formal terms for the Sentience Calamity and the Reflection Dimension.17 It supplies standard-issue warships to member races and issues even ninth-level creations to small detachments.56 Its emblem is a radial cluster of stars around one glowing point.3

Most of its races possess advanced civilizations, unlike those of the Behemoth Alliance, and it is far larger than that alliance, with about twice its ninth-level creatures.1617 Its many ninth-level existences come from countless civilizations joined together; beneath each one stand countless civilizations with none.18
